After your selection is finished please click on checkout to complete the purchase. An order confirmation will be sent via Email - indicating we have received your order. All prices on our website include 17.5% VAT.
All orders are delivered by Royal Mail/local post office service. For United Kingdom orders £2.00 delivery charge applies, for Europe orders £4.00 delivery charge applies.
You will be charged per order not per items ordered - if part of your order is not in stock, we will split the order and send any available items at once. Regardless of how many shipments we make, you will only be charged once for delivery. The delivery charge will be added to your order at checkout.
Delivery of goods We can deliver to residents of the UK, Europe and The Nordics. All products are shipped in secure, plain packaging (or gift wrapped if option is chosen). All delivery addresses are copied as per input by the customer, we take no responsibility of late or non-delivery due to incorrect mailing details.
Delivery time scale Confirmation of order will be sent to you by Email. We endeavour to send goods within 72 hours if in stock and within 7 to 10 days for non-stock items. Notification will be sent by Email of any suspected delay. Notification will also be sent on dispatch of goods.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Damaged goods It will be your responsibility to inform us immediately of any damage. Please keep all packaging in case we require it to make a claim against the carrier.
NOTE: e-mail info@amplusfigura.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the goods with details of the damages.
Incorrect goods sent Please notify us of any incorrect goods received. In the case of our mistake - please don't open any manufactures packaging or use the items. We will not be able to refund or exchange any item which we suspect has been used.
Returns policy We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're dissatisfied with any item, we will exchange them or give you a full refund.
All that we ask is that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, all labels intact and within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure all thongs, briefs, etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been complied with.
We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your request for either a refund or replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for this to be done. You will be refunded the same way you paid for the order. Additional payment will be needed for exchanges that are higher in value than the returned goods.
IMPORTANT: Please notify us of any return prior to posting.
We will advise you to post back the goods ensuring you include all the information we will need to make the correct exchange or credit to your account - Invoice Number, Name, Address, Email Address and your requirements (i.e. refund or exchange). Please help us to improve our business by telling us why you are returning the goods, i.e. not suitable, wrong size, etc.
Ensure correct postage is on returns parcels and we recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting.
Please note - we cannot accept returns sent by courier.
