Cancellations
It is only possible to cancel an order prior it to being despatched. If after you receive your order you wish to return the item/s please refer to the returns policy - link here. Any refunds will be credited back to the original credit/debit card on which the order was purchased.
Payment
We accept Delta, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and American Express.
You will be required to provide us with your complete personal details including postcode together with those of the recipient and all necessary payment details in order to process your payment.

Submitting your order form is subject to our acceptance of this offer. When we issue written confirmation of acceptance by email your order has been accepted. This message will reconfirm your order including confirmation of your gift card message. We will not consider ourselves bound by any contract with you until we have issued this confirmation.
We cannot accept order forms from customers under the age of 18 years. Once your payment has been processed we will send you a confirmation email as receipt of payment.
